SCFLS | “青藍工程”共推進 課堂教學展風采
十月中旬,蘇城外國語學校小學部開展了為期一周的“青藍工程”師徒結對成長課。
Soochow Foreign Language School has launched one-week lesson observation of Pairs of Masters and Apprentice in October.

青年教師每月都會有一次成長課,這次成長課堂的教學展示對提高學校師資隊伍的整體素質,促進青年教師盡快成長,保證學校教師隊伍穩(wěn)定持續(xù)發(fā)展起到了積極推動的作用。
New teachers have the lesson observation once a week, which could help improve teaching staff’s quality and maintain the sustainable development of teachers.

蘇城外國語學校一直以來都致力于打造一個注重學生課堂體驗、跨學科理念以及全球化教學的快樂課堂,把更多的精力放在學校教師團隊的教學評研中,積極打造一支精干優(yōu)良的教師隊伍。
SCFLS has been committed to building a class which contain transdisciplinary concepts and students could experience in global context.

學校行政中層、學科骨干教師及25對師徒均參與本次成長課。課程涵蓋了語文、數學、英語及綜合學科。
School leaders, backbone teachers and 25 pairs of Masters and Apprentice attended the lesson observation, covering Chinese, Math, English and other disciplines.

本次“成長課”注重教師對學生的課堂體驗,營造快樂課堂的學習氛圍以及跨學科教學的理念。任教三年級數學的吉森菲老師很精彩的拉開了成長課的序幕。
This class observation focuses on students’ experience, engaging class and the concept of transdisciplinary. The Year 3 Math teacher-- Amy Ji presented an excellent demo lesson to us.

課前吉老師在師傅沈主任的幫助下認真?zhèn)湔n,精心準備,多次磨課。課上充分利用實踐探究和多媒體調動學生的積極性,使學生主動參與到課堂中去,充分關注了學生的體驗。
Amy prepared the lesson very carefully with the help of her master Jasmine Shen. She tried her best to use different inquiry methods and promote students’ agency to help students involved in the lesson.

課后,學科骨干教師及聽課老師就該節(jié)課進行評課,大家一起分析問題、研討策略、共同進步,在肯定教學亮點的同時也提出成長建議,授課老師及時進行了教學反思。
After the lessons, backbone teachers organized formal observations reflections with other teachers who attended the lessons to analyze the lesson, provide advices and reflection timely.


其他師徒們也充分利用課余時間鉆研教本,積極指導,共同成長。導師們不遺余力地教授經驗,幫助青年教師掌握先進的教育思想和教學方法,達到師資隊伍共同提高的目標。
Other pairs of masters and apprentice used their spare time to look into the textbook, learn from each other and grow together. They found advanced teaching methods to make learning more active and exciting during the process.

通過此次成長課的互評互研,師傅們起到了示范引領的作用,徒弟們也受益匪淺。對于如何關注學生課堂體驗、開展快樂課堂以及跨學科教學有了更加深刻的理解,真正實現共同成長、共同提高。
Through this class observation, masters took the lead and shared valuable experience with the new teachers. All teachers have deeper understanding of engaging class and transdisciplinary teaching, as well as a clear sense of improvement and progress.


學校搭建了如此優(yōu)秀的成長舞臺,提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間,相信通過不斷思索、不斷前行,每一位青年教師都會在學習中積累寶貴經驗,不斷成長。蘇城外國語學校的“青藍工程”大隊伍也定會在教學評研中碩果累累。
Teachers could take the time and chance to seriously reflect on their lessons in SCFLS. It is important to train every new teacher to be self-reflective and learn from past experience. Let’s hope our pairing of masters and appetence will become more fruitful in the future.
